How to login
After you have registered and received your login details, you can login easily by doing the following steps:

1. Select Login in the menu on the left hand side
2. Fill in your username and password and select Login. You may need to change an initial password directly at time of your first login. Please change it by entering a new one two times

You are logged in successfully when the message 'You have been logged in the system as ....' is displayed. The username is displayed in the upper right corner as well.

How to log out
In order to log out the system, select Logout in the menu on the left hand side. You are logged out successfully when the message 'You have been logged out of the network.' is displayed.

Please contact the support team by email and provide the team with following information:

• first name
• last name
• email address
• telephone number
• fax numbwer
• function

For security reasons, the username and the password will be provieded to you in two different emails. You will be asked to replace the initial password with a personal password when signing in for the first time:

• It is at least 8 characters
• It contains at least 2 special characters

In order to change an existing password, please go to Userprofile. You have to type in the new password two times (fields password and password (re-typed)) and confirm the changes by selecting the Modify button.

When you create your new password, please be sure:

• It is at least 8 characters
• It contains at least 2 special characters

Please note that the login will be deactivated after 11 unsuccessful login attemps. Please contact the support team to re-activate it!

Please protect your access code from any unauthorized person, since any activity with this login will be logged to your account for which you are responsible.
A password must comply with the following rules:

• It is at least 8 characters
• It contains at least 2 special characters or 2 numbers (e.g. "1", "9", "/", "&", "+")
